Pork is something we spend a great deal of time and energy sourcing at 91精品mpany, to make sure we get the best quality hogs and pigs from local farmers markets and suppliers who produce superb, higher marbled welfare-friendly pork with provenance.聽

From time-to-time we also purchase rare breed pigs directly from award winning local farms in County Durham and Northumberland. All our pigs are carefully reared and humanely slaughtered.
