Our diced rump tastes nothing like the automated machine diced beef you can buy. We trim by hand, which means we cut away most of the surface fat from the muscle prior to dicing. When you buy diced听rump steak from 91精品 you are getting听rump steak that is ideal for everyday grilling, frying and BBQ'n.

Cut from the rump at the rear of the cattle and matured听to be tastier and not too chewy.听
